Do I own the completed website?

Yes, you own 100% of the website. The one time design / setup fee is for the website design. If you decide to cancel the monthly website hosting & management plan, will will send you a zip file of your website to upload to another web host or give to another web developer to manage.

How long does a typical site take to build?

In General, most design projects last between 30 – 60 days, but it really depends on the project. Pending clear communication and all information provided at the beginning of the project, we will usually have a homepage and a few sub pages ready for review within 15 days. Once the design and layout is approved by you, we’ll move forward with the rest of the site.

Do you use templates or pre-made designs?

Absolutely not. Once we have a good understand of your business, we built a customized, unique website that best represents your businesses goals, values, and shows potential customers why you are the best choice.

Are there any startup fees?

Yes, there is a small one time start up fee for the design / set-up of your website. After that it’s one low monthly fee to host & fully manage your site.

Do you provide hosting & maintenance plans?

Absolutely. This is actually a big part of what we do, and one of the most important parts of your website. Once your site is live, making sure it’s always updated, secured, backed-up and online 24/7 takes quite a bit of ongoing work. We provide all of this (including site edits) for one low monthly cost.

Can I make changes to my site after it's live?

Once the site is live, we provide ongoing maintenance & support, which includes any ongoing edits & changes you need. You just send us the changes you want to make to your site and we’ll get it done, no hassle. We respond to all requests within 24 hours.

Can we cancel our plan at any time?

You certainly can. Wile we sure hope you love our service and are happy with it, we would never want you to pay for something you aren’t happy with and we would never hold you hostage!

If we cancel, what happens to our website?

The website & design is 100% yours. We will provide you with a .zip file backup of your website in it’s entirety. This will make it easy for your next web developer to bring it online for you elsewhere. We’ll also work with the new developer if needed to make a smooth transition.
